- Discovering Opportunities

(Register for April 30th, or save 10% and register for both.)

Both retreats will focus on how to enhance our spiritual practice
while coping with
 these challenging and uncertain times.
Learn how to manage reactivity, anger, frustration and despair.

By intently cultivating incandescent awareness and tolerance, sustaining
hope, and discovering opportunities to help and to be of service — together,
we align with our best good-hearted Selves, stay on the Path and cleave to
the high ground
. In these daylong workshops, we will explore various tips
and pointers for applying transformative Dharma in our daily lives.

Our  live retreats are open to new and seasoned
practitioners in any spiritual tradition.
